We are pleased to inform you that our full range of documents has been successfully migrated to the new Safran Customer Portal!


The new Customer Portal will replace the current Partner Portal at aviationpartners.orolia.com. Please note:
  • Documents published on the old portal will no longer be updated.
  • This portal will be permanently closed on December 31, 2024.

Account Creation Process

To gain access to the secured area of the new Customer Portal, follow these steps:
  1. Create Your Account
  2. Security Approval
    • After submitting your registration, Safran's security team will review your request.
    • You will receive an email from no-reply@safrangroup.com requesting your personal password. This process may take a few days, so check your inbox and spam/junk folder regularly.
  3. Account Confirmation
    • Once your account has been validated by Safran security, confirm your registration via email to support.sar@beacons.safrangroup.com.
    • After verification by our services, an e-mail will be sent to confirm that your account is updated as a Kannad Approved Partner. This manual operation will be done within a maximum of 48 business hours.
  4. Access Credentials
    • You don't need to register a ticket as requested when accessing the Tech-Pub, we'll give you the credentials directly.
